Warranty

GALEN HEALTHCARE provides a one-year-warranty for all warranted products. The warranty period begins on the date of AWB to Customers. If Customers promptly notify GALEN HEALTHCARE of Customer's Warranty Claim hereunder, GALEN HEALTHCARE will adjust,repair or replace (with new or exchanged replacement parts) the GALEN HEALTHCARE's products.

Extension of Warranty

Extension of standard Warranty is available. GALEN HEALTHCARE will charge the necessary expense for the replacement parts in case of the defects.

Exemption of Warranty

GALEN HEALTHCARE's obligation or liability under the Warranty Policy does not include any transportation or other charges or liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages or delay resulting from the improper use or application of the products.
